Straight answer: a $9.99 handling fee applies to every order, on every tier, including orders with "free shipping" benefits.
"Free shipping" at Viper and APEX means we cover the carrier cost (UPS/USPS/FedEx). The $9.99 handling fee covers order processing — picking, packing, compliance documentation, and fulfillment labor. It's separate from the shipping carrier charge.

What is the First Fifty and why is it "closing soon"?

How do the $15 coupon vouchers work — and can I use them on anything?
